TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery
All items are sent out on the day of purchase if the order is placed before 12 noon. Small items will be sent first class and larger items 3-5 day carriage.There is a next day carriage option available.
All knives, saws and other sharp items will be posted needing to be signed for as we do not want them to be found by the post box by children.
All prices are to mainland UK addresses but some areas may have a surcharge e.g. the Highlands.

Damaged goods
Please report any damages or non-delivery immediately – no complaints for transit damage can be considered unless reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging or similar.

Returns
If you decide that the item is not quite what you were looking for then please advise us within 14 days of receipt of your item arriving and we will happily refund your money.
In these circumstances please note that the buyer is responsible for any postage charges incurred.
